My Story
I joined the GHM adventure in December of 2022. Initially trained as a journalist, I also studied French literature before specializing in communication. After more than ten years of experience in the humanitarian sector with Doctors Without Borders, I chose to reorient myself as a Montessori education. Today I am an English-speaking guide for the Children’s House, 3-6 years of age.
These past few years, I had the opportunity to work with children of a variety of ages as a middle school French teacher and as a Scout leader (Scouts and Guides of France) for children from the ages of 6 to 12 years old. With them, I led workshops on peace education as well as spiritual time through philosophy workshops. I had the privilege throughout my career to travel to a number of countries. I love to discover and help children discover other cultures. I see Montessori education as a way of opening up the world.
I’ve practiced yoga for 15 years and I enjoy sharing this way of life with children by teaching postures and meditation. Passionate about education and attentive to the needs of the children entrusted to me, I practice active listening and non-violent communication. Enthusiastic, positive, and intent on finding solutions, I enjoy working in a team more than anything. I firmly believe in collective intelligence and had the opportunity to contribute to numerous cross-disciplinary projects throughout my atypical career path.
