An international standard, still rare in French-speaking Switzerland.
The Association Montessori Internationale was founded by Maria Montessori herself. AMI recognition reflects a commitment to the complete Montessori approach, including educator training, authentic materials, prepared environments and uninterrupted learning cycles. Great Hope Montessori is fully committed to these principles.
THE CLASS
A project-based approach enriched by expert contributions.
Because the real world does not stop at the classroom walls, we use project-based learning as a driving force for education.
For each major theme in the curriculum, we invite professional specialists, including engineers, artists, entrepreneurs and scientists.
They help to provide a concrete, current and engaging perspective on their field, creating a direct bridge between academic theory and professional practice.
Language learning and cultural awareness take on a unique dimension thanks to our exclusive partnership with the Montessori College of Bali.
The " Green School" immersion program
Each year, our students have the exceptional opportunity to take part in a transformative experience:
• Duration: two to three weeks of full immersion.
• Boarding: living as part of a community strengthens independence and helps students build international friendships.
• English immersion: intensive English practice in an academic and social environment allows students to make rapid, natural progress.
• Eco-citizenship: students discover sustainable projects and a rich culture, helping them to become responsible global citizens.

More than English lessons: genuine bilingual immersion. Each classroom includes at least one native French-speaking educator and one native English-speaking educator, both present throughout the day. Children move naturally between the two languages.
