Middle School
Flourishing through excellence .
Welcome to a positive transition space. At Montessori Middle School, we transform the pivotal teenage years into an intellectual and human adventure. Our mission is simple: to prepare global citizens, academically brilliant and humanly accomplished.

AMI
Association Montessori Internationale
OUR CERTIFICATION
The global benchmark
rare in French-speaking Switzerland.
AMI was founded by Maria Montessori herself. Only schools that respect the entirety of the pedagogy — teacher training, materials, environment, cycle duration — obtain recognition. We are fully committed to it.
THE CLASS
A project-based and expertise-based pedagogy .
Because the real world doesn't stop at the classroom walls, we integrate project-based learning as a driving force for learning.
For each major theme in the curriculum, we call upon professional specialists (engineers, artists, entrepreneurs, scientists).
They contribute to convey a concrete, current and passionate vision of their field, creating a direct bridge between academic theory and professional reality.

Language learning and cultural awareness take on a unique dimension thanks to our exclusive partnership with the Montessori College of Bali.
The " Green School" immersion program
Each year, our students have the exceptional opportunity to live a transformative experience:
-
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks in total immersion.
-
Boarding School: A community life that strengthens independence and creates international friendships.
-
English Only: Intensive practice of English in an academic and social context, allowing for rapid and natural progress.
-
Eco-Citizenship: Discovering sustainable projects and a rich culture to become true global citizens.

HOW THE COLLEGE WORKS
The balance between Knowledge and Being
01
Autonomy and responsibility
The student becomes an active participant in their learning, capable of organizing their work and taking initiatives.
02
Self-esteem
A supportive environment where mistakes are a step in the learning process, strengthening confidence in one's own abilities.
03
Collaboration
Learning to work together, to compare ideas and to build collective projects.
04
Individualized support
Thanks to our small class sizes, each teenager benefits from tailored support, ensuring that no talent goes unnoticed.

NATIVE BILINGUALISM
French • English
Not 'English lessons' — real immersion. Each environment has at least one native French-speaking and one native English-speaking educator, present all day. Children switch naturally.
